Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached and intact. All original packaging, accessories, labels, and accompanying documents (including waybills and certificates) must be returned in full.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively in Los Angeles County, California.
Where permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking relief in small claims court where applicable.
