Product Discrepancies

Due to photography angles, display resolution differences, or different production batches, subtle variations may exist between product images and the actual item. Such variations do not constitute product misrepresentation or quality defects. Please refer to the physical item received. General Returns & Exchanges Policy

Château Zhan supports a 7-day return and exchange window (excluding special or customized items). Returned items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached. The original packaging, boxes, accessories, tags, and all included documentation (such as shipping labels and certificates) must be returned together.

Château Zhan will arrange a complimentary service via our designated courier. If pickup service is unavailable in your region, please ship the package back using our designated courier via Cash on Delivery (COD). 

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Guidelines

  • Manufacturing Defects (Within 7 Days): Upon verification of a genuine manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a full refund or a free exchange with all shipping costs covered.

  • Personal Preference Returns/Exchanges (Within 7 Days): Enjoy one complimentary exchange. Please note that as this product is made-to-order upon purchase, a 15% restocking fee (of the final transaction price) will be deducted if a refund is requested. Returns must be shipped via our designated courier, with shipping fees fully covered by Château Zhan.

  • Complimentary Exchanges (Days 7–15): Refunds are not accepted during this period. However, you may enjoy one complimentary exchange. Items must be sent via our designated courier, with shipping fees fully covered by Château Zhan.

  • Artisanal Maintenance (15 Days – 7 Months): Enjoy complimentary warranty coverage and master artisan restoration services. Items must be shipped via our designated courier, with shipping fees fully covered by Château Zhan.

Warranty & Repair Process

Your item includes a 7-month warranty starting from the date of delivery, during which all repair costs and shipping fees will be fully covered by Château Zhan.

If repairs are needed during the warranty period, simply provide your order number, relevant details, and clear photos highlighting the affected area. Our master artisans will conduct a preliminary assessment and offer recommendations (final feasibility is subject to physical inspection). Official repair solutions can only be determined once the item is received at our facility via our designated courier (pickup or freight collect).

Note: For repairs requested after the 7-month warranty period, clients will be responsible for both shipping and repair expenses.
